Seller reviewI have known Detria for a very, very long time. She is a very honest, caring, trustworthy and thoughtful person. I have seen her interaction with other people and they all say the same thing. I have known her for over 30 years so my opinion might be a little bias. However, when other people make these same comments about her, then I know there is some truth there. She kept the entire process very professional.

Seller reviewDetria came along at a very stressful time for me. I owned my home for 17 years and really didn't want to sell it. However, I realized that I had come to the point where I needed to downsize for financial reasons. She was understanding from the beginning. Never rushed when speaking to me and made me feel very comfortable with her while explaining my situation. I knew nothing about the real estate deal I was about to undertake and felt apprehensive. Detria got me through the entire ordeal almost stress free. I would recommend Detria to anyone. She is an awesome real estate agent and a beautiful person.

Buyer reviewShe was an excellent broker and my experience with her was wonderful! I recently worked with Ms. Mccallum to buy a short sale property. We spent about six months looking at properties before I decided on one that I LOVED! Throughout this time she was patient, kind and understanding. She worked with me to search for houses around my schedule on late nights and weekends. She constantly was sending me new listings and searching for what would suit me best. Ultimately when I found my idea property it was a short sale that took forever to close. Ms. Mccallum taught me everything I needed to know about how short sales work and stuck out the long six months it took to close. After closing she was my first visitor in my new home! I highly recommend Century 21 Concept 100 but even more so i recommend you go with Ms. Mccallum. Thanks for all your help!
