David was very personable and you could tell he knew the Atlanta housing market very well. He was knowledgeable about the various ways to structure a deal, even in a tough market to make sure we won on our contract but also protected what we could. He was also just fun to be around and his passion for real estate was refreshing. Would definitely recommend him to a friend. David did such a great job all around. We dragged him all over the place, seeing many houses in a tough market for buyers. Even with our indecision, he was very patient and understanding. He made the home search fun and he was very knowledgeable of the Atlanta real estate market. W it came time to put in an offer, he was very creative in his ideas for how to win the deal, but still protect ourselves with contingencies. He was able to help us negotiate favorable terms and a seller concession at closing. Everything was very fluid and professional, yet fun. I would highly recommend David as a real estate agent to anyone that is looking. David did great overall, he has a great personality. Funny when it's appropriate, yet ready to play hard balll when it came down to tough negotiations. Just a great guy to be around. Very happy with our new home!
