Jeff Meador simply made sure that everything was on schedule and did everything he could to help me make it happen. I had not sold a property in 34 years and was very rusty! Jeff made it easy for me. I don't know what I would have done without his help. I told Jeff Meador on a Wednesday in the late afternoon and he contacted a photographer who was able to shoot the next day at noon. Photos were uploaded late Thursday and the listing went live. I okayed 3 showings on Friday and 3 on Saturday, turning down others that were either too early or too late. We had 5 offers (1 dropped out) and had 4 solid offers by 10am Sunday - all above the asking price. Jeff counseled me on the wisdom of not taking the highest, but the best. And he was right.
