Seller reviewThis was a difficult transaction from the selling side. Stacey was prepared to handle it and was patient and kind throughout the entire process. She kept me motivated and provided the reminders that I needed to get tasks competed without being pushy. She has the perfect temperament for this work and her long time real estate law experience is a bonus that I think other sellers need to know about when choosing a relator. Not may, if any, other realtors could have moved this deal to closing.

Buyer reviewWith the market how it is, you have to give best and final, there really wasn't any negotiating to be done. We waived inspections and due to covid there really weren't open houses. Any house I wanted to see though, she was on it getting appts scheduled.
