Went well beyond to make sure my offer stood out and was accepted over the other offers. We only had 5 days from the day the property was listed, I happen to see the listing and I contacted her and she sprang into action.We had a few close acceptance, but she stuck with me and really wanted our family to succeed in purchasing our dream home. And Diana and her husband Paul continue to help us with referrals and navigate the County, community and HOA landscape. Highly recommend her as an agent in the area.

We were very patient waiting and when the right house appeared, Diana was able to get us in to see it immediatly and wrote the contract that same day. Seller reviewDiana and her husband Paul really worked hard to get my house ready to put on the market. They went above and beyond to help me. We had an offer within two weeks. We did not even need to have an open house. Agreeing on the sales price was a pretty smooth transaction. We has a few issues with the inspections but issues were solved. The closing was fairly simple. Diana's assistant Vicky, was very efficient. We had a short escrow so we had to get all inspections done quickly. Once all contingencies were accepted Diana and her husband really went above and beyond to get the house ready for the new owner. I moved out of the country so they had to do a few things in my absence. Diana was helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to any perspective buyers.

She knew what to do and when to do. There were a few bumps in getting my house cleared for escrow to close and she handled it all very well. I work a abnormal schedule and she made sure all listing information and showings were in line with my needs. Diana was on top of the listing from start to finish and kept me up to speed along the way as things progressed. If asked, I would highly recommend Diana as a realtor.
