I have been in the real estate business for over 18 years. Being born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania has given me keen knowledge of the ins and outs of the area, and I am always eager to share that knowledge! Throughout my career I have made it a priority to not only treat my clients with utmost professionalism and care, but as if they were my own family. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and life changing decisions a person may face, and choosing a realtor can either make or break this experience. I firmly believe that it is y duty as your agent to alleviate stress and provide deft advice, in order to ensure that this monumental experience is the wonderful memory it should be. Wanted someone who was no nonsence, and could get results. In the beginning I had a lot of questions and concerns that Jodi took the time to answer and explain in terms that were easy to understand. She has excellent people skills. Got results that were better than I expected (sale price ). And did it much faster than I had hoped for. Very proffesional. over the weekend there was a parade of buyers placing bids. I never expected to get such a great responce so soon. Location was great-right off the highway. All at the settling were friendly, and knew what they were doing. Getting things done in a relaxed manner in a comfortable surrounding.

This is the second time I worked with Jodi, 1st round was to buy my home, second to sell it. I'm not sure if Jodi sleeps, takes breaks, or does anything else but ensure that I was satisfied. I work the night shift and she was respondent to texts and emails at all sorts of hours throughout the night. It is truly amazing the level of dedication Jodi has; she truly sets the bar SKY HIGH!!! If that wasn't enough, and it surely should have been, she even worked through COVID to ensure all my needs were met. If you're in the area, and don't use Jodi, you are crazy!!! I give her a 100 out of 10! The adjectives in this survey were not good enough to describe how AMAZING she is to work with!!
