The process of purchasing, including the inspections, open houses, and closing were very pleasant and Miss Lamberti always made herself available to accompany me which made me feel more comfortable. This my first experience purchasing a home by myself and it was very overwhelming. However, my Agent, Arlene Lamberti, went ABOVE and BEYOND to thoroughly explain the process which made my experience less stressful and made me more secure knowing that she always had my best interest in mind. She always made herself available via telephone, email and/or in person to answer and of my questions or concerns. She is very prompt and always returned my calls in a timely fashion. I NEVER had to wait for an extended period of time for a response from her. In fact, I NEVER had to make additional efforts to contact her after my first attempt as she always responded, if not, immediately, that same day. I generally do not make recommendations, but I would recommend her to anyone as she takes her job seriously and is excellent at what she does. She truly made my first experience as a home buyer an exceptional one. I truly can't say enough about Miss Lamberti.... I think I've said it all! Please see previous comments. Arlene Lamberti had to travel more than an hour to shows us homes in our preferred area. She was always willing to set up appointments and meet us at our convenience.
