I did not have a whole lot to worry about. Andrew Stevens handled everything very well. I am 93 and was made to feel very comfortable with his taking care of the sale. I, personally will not be using his services again, but I am sure others in my family will.

I interviewed Andrew because of a recommendation and I was impressed from the very start. He is professional and knowledgable. He's is younger than the other more seasoned agents that I interviewed, but his enthusiasm, his proven track record, his drive to succeed, and his follow through won me over. I knew from the moment I hired him, that I had made the right decision. One small example is that the house I was selling needed some last minute repairs before we could list it and I couldn't find anyone to do the work. I mentioned my concern about this in the interview. He told me he could assist with sourcing people to do the work. He followed through the next day and was able to have painters and a handyman at the house (important when you're eager to put a house on the market) the very next day. The fact that he went that extra mile was important to me. I was also very impressed with Adam Oberski, one of the owners of the Century 21 office where Andrew works. It was refreshing to me that the agents working out of that office have the support of the owners as well. There is some impressive team work happening in that office that directly benefits clients. Adam proved to be extremely supportive. One of the most important factors of signing with Andrew (and the Curran and Oberski Century 21 office) is that with the changing market, I believe I was given good advice about pricing the house correctly for the market conditions. Also, they marketed the house on every social media platform that you could image. The house sold, the process went smoothly and I feel comfortable recommending Andrew Stevens. BTW- I wanted to have the house professionally cleaned before turning the keys over and (of course) Andrew recommended an amazing cleaning service!
