Buying a home can be a stressful time, so working with someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to answer questions is important (I could add a lot of other adjectives). I and several members of my family have worked with Dawne and Mike either separately or as a team multiple times over many years and highly recommend them both. I know from using surveys in my own work that it is easy to dismiss five star reviews as the respondent just getting through the survey, but in this case it is truly sincere.

The most recent purchase was a bit challenging requiring legal assistance to get the seller to cooperate. Dawne was patient, professional and pragmatic. She went above and beyond her role to get locks re-keyed, supervise delivery of appliances and make sure HOA presidents and treasurers were uptodate on the situation. I will keep defaulting to Dawne for all my real estate needs!!
