Seller reviewBEST REALTOR EVER!!! He made everything easy for me when selling my house he handled and dealt with mostly everything. Scott is on top of things with communication on updates with the house and dealing with the city inspectors, Scott also gave helpful tips and advice throughout the whole process! I can't tell you ENOUGH thank you for everything you have done for us!! Definitely will using him in the future and sharing his card with our family and friends!

Seller reviewScott Bergeron was helpful, polite, approachable, and never had an issue with driving an hour and a half away to look at homes even after hours. As soon as he listed my home as "coming soon", we immediately had an offer over asking price before it even hit the market. He strategically planned, and scheduled appointments for an open house and my house sold that weekend I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Scott stayed in contact with us through the whole process and made sure all our questions and/or concerns were addressed. He always has a great attitude and is ready to go!

Seller reviewScott Bergeron took my husband and I by the hand "metaphorically" from the beginning by giving us ideas and comments on the renovations we were going to do right on through the actual listing of the house. There was never any pressure or pushiness from Scott at all. Scott was kind, helpful, and anytime we needed to ask him something or check something out...he was right there to do so. I have already mentioned Scott to many of my family and friends and given out his information. Should I need to buy or sell a house again, I would not hesitate to call him.

He made me feel in control of the entire process and was more like a friend than someone trying to get business. He was professional and helped me to navigate everything with a smile
