When I received the flyer in the mail that Tracy DeVine had become a residential real estate agent, I WAS THRILLED. I already knew Tracy personally and was well aware of how she makes things happen, BIG things. She's an inspiration to me personally when it comes to courage, momentum, attack and strategy. Ironically, I had just started eyeing a property when I received Tracy's mailing. Tracy's handling of the *whole* process could not have gone more smoothly. I valued her consistent, clear communication throughout the process the most, but I also so appreciated her help in negotiating a better price (YAYYYYY!!) and her behind-the-scenes follow-up on some details surrounding the property, its title and its water/sewer assessments. I had no idea what to do or how to handle it, and she just made it all go away and work out. It became clear that she was working on my behalf behind the scenes to make sure everything was transparent and went smoothly. Incredible experience. Tracy's positive energy and good humor really set the tone for all the communications between the listing agent, sellers and us. The listing agent went out of his way to tell us that he had really enjoyed working with Tracy on the transaction, that she was enormously helpful and a real pleasure to work with.
