She really took the time to figure out what we were looking for and had an excellent knowledge base about types of homes, locations, and gave excellent advice about how much work it would be to maintain different places. She was friendly and approachable and so very willing to take time out for us whenever we had a question. She was prompt to schedule showings whenever we showed interest in a place and provided a lot of clarity when it came time to write and sign a contract. Sandy was a delight to work with from the start and absolutely irreplaceable in terms of friendliness and peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend.

She was always ready, willing and eager to respond and go to showings. She was professional and never pushed me into something I wasn't happy with. She always went out of her way to make sure she let me know what was going on and what was happening next. She is kindhearted, a hard worker, and very dedicated to her work making sure she meets the happiness of her clients. Will always go to her for any real estate questions or needs! Sandy was perfect, she got my contract in right away. She was always quick to make any changes and call me as soon as they were accepted.
