Seller reviewI was tasked with selling a deceased family member's home, with challenges that included some deferred maintenance on the property and my living multiple time zones away. Ron Rupp, with his experience in the industry, knew it would not be the easiest situation, and yet he fully committed to managing the sale. Ron is very responsive and communicative, so I always felt like I knew what was going on - especially important since I wasn't local. His network of reliable and honest contractors for presale upgrades relieved a lot of my stress. We received multiple offers and were able to close the sale at a reasonable price. Even more meaningful to me was that he found buyers who would truly appreciate the property. I am very grateful to Ron for his professionalism, persistence and positive attitude. I highly recommend Ron, and I would absolutely work with him again if I ever have a real estate transaction in his area.

Buyer reviewPrior to moving to this area, we had bought and sold several properties and have dealt with many realtors. Ron is by far the best of all of them. Since moving to this area, we have used Ron for five purchases/sales and always and have had excellent experiences. We have found that Ron is vastly superior in knowledge to other realtors that we have used and come into contact with. He has a wonderful, helpful attitude and really cares. He is always helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond. In this latest house purchase process, Ron demonstrated exceptional patience with us to ensure that we made the right selection. Before making our final house selection, we viewed at least a dozen properties, and performed several P&S's that did not work out for various reasons. Ron stuck with us and showed incredible understanding and care that we made the right final decision. I would highly recommend Ron Rupp to anyone.

He arranged for different contractors to come in to repair small fixes and even set up a pool company to open my pool for me. He was also very responsive in taking my calls to answer any questions I may have had. I was very pleased and have already recommended Ron to help a friend in the sale of a home.
