Steve was very professional and helped me workout the purchasing of this land... from halfway across the country. Steve did an excellent job of showing me the lot and answering questions as they came up. He was fast with paperwork and any requests for Info pertaining to the lot and the area. Steve has helped with other reccomendations as well and was beyond easy to work with. I have worked with many realtors in the valley and Steve is the only one who was able to get a deal done.
