Ken Patel goes out of his way, makes times for you, keeps you motivated, and he genuinely cares about you, so he won't steer you wrong nor let you make bad decisions. He personally drive us several times in his van to show us houses and when we finally found the house that we wanted, he negotiated for us best possible price to save money.
