She was present during the inspections and even reordered a termite and organism inspection to ensure I had a proper quote for repair. She looked out for my best interests in making an offer, through the inspection contingency period, and throughout closing.

She very fast with setting up showings when we let her know which houses we were interested in viewing. She was always a text or phone call away and responded very quickly when we did reach out to her.

Buyer reviewMonica called us on a Saturday to ask us what we were looking for in a house. My wife and I gave her our likes and wants. Monica sent out a personalized list of houses that matched our wish lists. That week my wife and I went through the list and picked homes that would match our liking. Monica showed us a few homes that weekend and we started making offers. We appreciated that Monica came all the way from the high desert to help us look for our homes. Monica spent four weeks with us looking at homes till we finally found our house. Monica went out of her way every week to make sure the offers we wanted to submit were written and sent out on a timely manner. Monica was dedicated from the beginning to the end talking with our lender, talking with escrow, getting advice from 'Angie' Knight, and reaching out to the sellers with questions we had. We definitely would work with Monica again to help us with our needs for looking for another house or you would recommend her to our friends and family.
