I highly recommend Valentina Sharp to act as realtor/broker for the sale of residential real property. My particular condominium unit was in dire need of upgrades and repairs before it could be listed for sale. During the two-month preparation process, Ms. Sharp was steadfast to keep the steady procession of product and service providers on track. I do not know the source of Ms. Sharp's energy, but if I could bottle it, I could make a fortune. Ms. Sharp also has a wonderful sense of humor, which kept me sane throughout the grueling process. Ms. Sharp's goals were to maximize the sales price for the unit and to recommend the most qualified buyer(s) without compromising any legal or ethical requirements related to the sales transaction. Escrow personnel were professional and friendly and the initial 30-day escrow closed in only 15 days.
