After serving 24 years in the United States Navy I returned to my hometown of Baltimore. I attending Johns Hopkins University and studied School Administration. In my spare time, I enjoy repairing old cars and doing home improvements. I stay active with my Church and my Fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha.
