Seller reviewWe were still renovating the house when we started the sale process so we would not have any delays in getting the property on the market. Melissa Wise's knowledge of the area and what was currently important to buyers helped us tweak our renovation plans to better appeal to a prospective buyer. Her knowledge of the market in our area also gave us a better understanding of the true value of the property after renovation completion. She then also located a prospective buyer prior to our renovation completion who ultimately purchased the property at our asking price that was then supported by our appraisal. From the time we finished our renovation and final clean-up until the time we closed was about a week. Very hard to beat that timeline!! Great Job!
