He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

We have used Todd McCauley on two different transactions. One had to close within 30 days. Another took months because the mortgage servicer took far longer than anticipated to approve a loan assumption. In each very dissimilar situation Todd reacted to the changing environments in a timely and professional manner. He communicated with us continually. He managed the process well. I have been in the real estate investment world for most of my business career. There is no one I know that is more honest in his dealings than Todd. Unfortunately, I know many who are not so honest. We would recommend Todd to our friends and family who are considering a real estate transaction in Idaho.

Todd Mccauley was patient and amazing through this whole process. He was understanding and with us every step of the way. He let us make our decisions but gave wise input and helped answer all our questions. If he didn't have an answer he made sure to find the answer.
