Seller reviewTom Chiado as our realtor was punctual, friendly, and straight forward which is what you need to have your home ready to sell for the most it can. He was always available to ask questions and contact about offers and paperwork. He was prepared so he took the least amount of your time and knew how to maneuver through the process. He also had contacts to help get moving and repair estimates when needed. I sold my Moms house and Tom had an auctioneer present to advise organizing stuff for sale and moving to my house.

As this was our first house purchase we really had no idea what to look out for or even how to evaluate if a property was worth our time and money. As we made a selection and got into the process Tom took the time to explain everything in detail. I believe he provided us all the facts so we had the information to make good decisions, not trying to persuade us one way or another on our decisions. He did give us his perspective when we asked as there were some items we were unsure of, which I found helpful. I felt very good about the service Tom provided to us, and would happily use him again as our realtor in the future.
