Seller reviewColeen went through so many issues with the buyer's title company/attorney. She handled everything with such professionalism and respect. It took a lot of back and forth with the title company in correcting their paperwork. They made so many mistakes and Coleen did a GREAT JOB in resolving these issues to our acceptance and appreciation. Coleen is awesome!! She really is concerned for her clients and goes beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied!!! We would definitely recommend Coleen!!!!! She is truly an asset to Century 21. We appreciate her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer reviewColeen worked just as hard as we did to make sure this was the perfect house and that we were able to purchase it. She went above and beyond anything I would ever have expected a realestate agent to do. She talked me off the ledge no less than a dozen times when I was losing my mind over the frustration and angst that goes along with buying a house. She held my hand and walked me through buying my first home. She was amazing. I don't think that excellent even comes close to describing Coleen. She was with us from beginning to end and walked us through every step. I will never buy a house without Coleen's help. I don't think anyone could ever come close to the level of service that Coleen provided. Excellent is inadequate to describe her.

She negotiated a good deal for us with seller concessions to help with our closing costs. She stayed on top of things, communicated next steps in a way that we could understand, found solutions to problems that arose, and far exceeded our expectations with her thoughtfulness.
