Lisa Weiss was very good at catching things right away when we would see houses. She was very good at communicating with the seller's agent on any issues or questions I had about the house. She was also able to negotiate the terms of the purchase agreement. She was always honest and forthcoming with her advice on how to handle certain aspects when I asked for it, but never pushed her own opinions or judgement.
