Phillip is originally from Dallas, Texas where he lived for a short period of time. Living in Tampa for most of his life, Phillip considers Tampa his home. He graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) with a degree in business.
Being an avid reader of business and biography books, Phillip saw a common trend in successful people and their involvement in real estate. From there, real estate became a strong interest that further became a passion!
Phillip focuses on residential real estate sales. He also has experience with home remodeling, construction and investments.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, being outside, playing sports and he loves spending time with his family and pets.

Buyer reviewPhil made our buying experience phenomenal! We were out of state most of the time that we were going through this process and knowing Phil was going to be there the help take care of what needed to be done, helped us breathe much easier! There were 3 houses that we were interested in (and they were all of the place in FL) and Phil went to check out each of them for us, taking pictures and videos so that we could see more than what the pictures showed in the listing - for us, that was key. It is exceptionally frustrating trying to buy a house when you can't go and see it for yourself, but, in our case, because we had Phil helping us out, that whole part of buying was better because we trusted his opinion on everything. Phil acted fast when we'd ask him to check a property out and because of that - we have our dream house! Thank you Phil!!
