Samer moved to Tampa, Fl after being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY for 33 years of his life. Growing up in NYC, his goal was always to be a real estate entrepreneur after seeing the value in owning real estate. He started investing in the Tampa area over 20 years ago and the potential here is what made him decide to move down to this great city! For over 20 years he has been buying, selling, and flipping real estate. He is also a CPA, and this experience has given him the upper hand in being able to analyze and evaluate how to make sure any investment is profitable in commercial and residential properties.

Very knowledgeable about the local market and what to expect during the process. Good communication throughout. He really did a great job of modifying marketing strategies as the real estate marketplace changes on us a couple of times. We would definitely hire him again.
