When we hired her we had already purchased a second home out of state and were very stressed about the fact that our house was not under agreement, despite having been on the market for three months and having had numerous visitors and open houses. Jennifer gave us ideas about how to improve the inside and outside of the house and helped us find a person to stage the house. We dropped the price significantly and put on a new roof but she sold the house in the middle of summer in a matter of days.

Her attention to detail was incredible. We sold the house in one week, with only one open house showing. I would recommend Jennifer Schneider to anyone who is selling. She has a gentle way of combining her knowledge of the marketplace with the sellers needs, accurately listing the sales price to create the greatest amount of interested buyers and finalize a sale far above the listed price. I was extremely satisfied with her as my real estate broker.
