We had reached out to Century 21 out of brand familiarity to help my mother sell her home in Wilmington. Jason picked up our email and reached out to us quickly to discuss our needs and timeline. The listing process was very seamless working with Jason and it seemed all actions he took were done with urgency. The initial market analysis/sales comps package was provided within a day of our first meeting so we could quickly get a feel for recent sales. Jason never pressured us with determining the list price and made recommendations but allowed us flexibility and room for discussion. We never felt like a "hard sale". The photographs of the house were great quality and taken from multiple angles to show the room's perspectives well. The house was only on the market a few days with multiple offers and Jason was prompt in following up with other agents to move the process along and get contracts ratified. The overall process of working with Jason was great and we really couldn't have asked for a more smooth sale.
