She helps guide you through the whole procces as best as possible and always willing to answer any quietions you make have or might come up. Seriously the BEST person to work with!

Seller reviewLila did an extraordinary job of keeping track of potential buyers and interested parties so when a contract fell through for some unexpected reason, another buyer was already lined up and waiting as backup buyers. The house took a little long to sell but it was under one or more contracts (including backup buyers) all but the first few days that it was listed. Lila is a fabulous communicator and focuses on only the important issues. All of the other small tasks that a seller may not understand are managed and progressing all the time in the background under her supervision so we could focus on living instead of having hassles during a very difficult time in our lives. I originally picked a different real estate sales representative but Lila was referred by family I trust and I am so grateful that we made the switch! Thank you Lila!
