Seller reviewGiven the challenging market conditions, the difficulty of selling a house over the holidays, and the complicated logistics of concurrently negotiating the sale of a house and the purchase of another, I didn't initially believe there was any way we were going to get the house of our dreams. There were just too many uncertainties, and I couldn't imagine anyone successfully navigating these treacherous waters. But with the help of Chad Morris we somehow pulled it off. He was there at every step to provide the advice, experience, network, tools, and skills needed to close the deal. And his friendly confidence gave us the assurance we needed to make it through without ever giving up hope. He is extremely kind and always patient with questions. He responded back very quickly every time we messaged him. He isn't pushy and didn't ever try to push us to look at houses that were over our budget. Chad is also very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. When there were misunderstandings Chad went above and beyond to clear them up and make sure that we were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy a house. He is the best!
