Personal Profile
I am a California native, having raised my children in a small California town called Weaverville. My wife & I love the great outdoors & have spent a great deal of time in activities ranging from backpacking to rafting and everything in between. Professionally, I have spent many years in the timber industry as a licensed professional, so naturally I feel right at home in the beauty & splendor of southern Utah. I enjoy working with different people and helping them accomplish their goals or find their dream home or property. My greatest satisfaction is the smile on their faces and knowing that I did everything possible for them. My motto says it all, "Committed to Hard Work and Excellence". Our family including myself have always had close ties with serving our country from WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Afghanistan, Iraq. In addition to serving in the Air Force myself, many generations of family members have served in various branches of the military, including the latest generation, with two nephews attending the Air Force Academy.

Seller reviewI was happy to use Dan as I know he goes the extra mile to make a sale happen. Here are a couple critical things Dan did to make the sale happen. Talk about your 11th hour. It was literally the last day of my six month contract before my property was coming off the market again when Dan received an offer on my property. In order for us to have the time needed to make counteroffers back and forth, Dan had to draw up an extension agreement between us. He did so right away. This is where Dan really went the extra mile. The day before we were to close, I realized that if the contract were rewritten showing the sales price to be lower by the substantial amount of the special assessment I still owed and then the buyer paid it off instead of me, it would reduce my tax burden. Even though it also reduced Dan's commission, he went into action and drew up an addendum and got the buyers agent to run it by his clients. They all worked together to make it happen. You won't regret using Dan!
