Lieu was friendly and helpful in this experience. She maintained a professional approach and attitude the entire time. She is accurate in her work, and has a good staff working with her at the office. She was busy with other clients at times, but always made arrangements to meet if needed, and was well organized in her efforts. She kept us current with things as time progressed, up to and through closing. I appreciated her many efforts to keep things in order. Lieu always maintained readiness to respond to questions, phone calls, e mails or other ways of being contacted. She keeps a clean, well organized staff, and office at the building where Century 21 conducts their activities. Sometimes papers needed to be signed, and we are 3 hours away by car, so her skillful use of computer/ email ready contracts enabled me to sign documents without having to leave home. This resulted in a much more convenient and streamlined process, that saved us time, and the expense of having to drive to her office from a great distance away. Lieu kept a cheerful and positive attitude in all the different portions required in completing this process. She always went the extra mile to give good, complete service as a realtor.
