He found me my dream home because he knew exactly what was important to me and where to find it before it was even listed. That makes him really stand out from most! He takes care of all the details and really ensures that he is protecting his client from any eventuality. He is careful with all the paperwork. I really appreciate that. I knew that I could completely trust him with the entire process. I was nervous about selling my home and buying a new one, but Nickolai Borba makes it so easy!

He recognized that purchasing a home was a large investment for our family and he never pressured us to buy a home just to close a deal. He was always available to show us homes as they came on the market. The result was that when the right time came for us, and the best home for our family hit the market, we were able to quickly make the decision to purchase, and smoothly get through the closing process. Preparing for and during the closing I had several questions which he was quick to answer. This was very important to me as a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Seller reviewNicholai performed exceptionally well. My phone calls and text/email messages were always answered promptly. He never pressured me to accept any offer, and always had my best interests in mind when negotiating any addendum. He was always respectful of my wishes and never wasted any of my time.
