I'm happy for the opportunity to share my professional and personal experiences with Swen Nielsen over the years. To start, we worked for a small company that was operating at a negative so needless to say the pressure was on us all to help the company succeed through difficult times. Swen was the senior associate in charge of sales and day to day operations. I personally observed him interacting with clients and handling what could have been difficult situations.
