She showed us the property multiple times (and was extraordinarily patient with our toddler!) and guided us through the offer and negotiations process. Our purchase had a hiccup on the seller's end related to the property line, and Cathie managed communications with us, our lender, the seller's agent, and all of the other parties who were involved. She was kind, responsive, helpful, and reassuring at every step of the way. I always felt like I was working with a trusted longtime friend instead of someone I had recently met.
