He checked in on us numerous times, explained every step of the process in detail and made a very difficult process easy. Our sale was an emotional one as it was due to a death in our family. Dave knew this and handled all aspects of the sale with genuine care and consideration. Made sure to post a "coming soon sale " before our home hit the market that drew multiple offers Did a great Facebook live during the open house Hands down the easiest process we've experienced with Dave. He brought a great price well over asking price. We were thrilled with the outcome and would not change a thing.
