I live in California and had set sight on purchasing rental property in Columbus, Ohio. Since I don't live in the state and can't see the property first hand, it is imperative to have an agent who is honest and trustworthy. Jon Nafzger was absolutely the best agent I could have selected. He took time to understand the type of property I was looking for and then took time in helping me to secure it. He had no issues with viewing multiple properties when asked. One of the things I was most impressed with was how Jon Nafzger seemed to care about me getting a quality home. Whenever I asked him to view a home, he took notice of the apparent condition of the home such as windows, trees, roof, hot water tank, cabinets, flooring, etc. I felt like he considered what I purchased as if he were purchasing it for himself. The first time I inquired with Jon Nafzger about viewing a home was on a day when there was a few feet of snow on the ground. I couldn't believe that he was obliged to drive across town to go and see it in the awful weather. On another occasion, I mentioned to him about another home I saw online. While we were still speaking he had jumped in the car and was on his way to go view it. Jonathan was amazing to work with. I feel like I've made a friend. A friend who I can trust when it's time for my next purchase.
