Seller reviewRyan went above and beyond to help us with this sale while we were out of the country. As soon as we left, a myriad of things started going wrong with the house and Ryan coordinated all of the repairs, even going so far as to source a new water heater himself and coordinate installation to get us the best price. We were under contract three different times over a 6-month period (through no fault of Ryan's), yet he never gave up on us. He took way more responsibility for the situation than he needed to, and it meant the world to us. I cannot recommend him any more highly- a true professional.
