Tina Wilcher's legacy in real estate began over 25 years ago when she became a 4-plex property owner in her early twenties and real estate assistant to her husband. Since that time, she has gone on to become a licensed REALTOR, Professional Development Director for Century 21 Exclusive Properties and Certified Real Estate Instructor who teaches on behalf of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) , Texas Realtors (TR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Fidelity Title Group, Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), and many others across the US.

Wilcher's unique value proposition is centered around education. She is passionate and committed to educating real estate professionals as well as the buying and selling community. Wilcher is a vocal champion for professional development, fair housing, political action, and new approaches to leadership development. Tina has earned the prestigious designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS), and Texas Realtor Leadership Program Graduate (TRLP-2014).

Wilcher's proudest accomplishments include raising her children Tony (deceased) and Teona to become unique and outstanding individuals, earning a MBA and furthering her educational goals of earning a Doctorate degree from Walden University which she is currently pursuing, and educating 10,000+ real estate professionals on hundreds of real estate topics.

Wilcher credits HAR's Professional Development Director Rita Blevins for her interest in becoming a real estate educator. Wilcher recalls, "Rita suggesting that she began auditing classes to become an instructor. At the time Wilcher had no interest in teaching. Her plan was to make a lot of money listing and selling properties. But If anybody knows Rita, her suggesting aren't mere suggestions, they are just the opposite"! After completing the requirements to become an instructor, Wilcher was hired by the Houston Association of Realtors as a contract instructor and now years later, splits her time between educating real estate professionals, listing/selling properties, and agent development.

Wilcher's service affiliations include Texas Realtors Director, HAR/TR Professional Development, TREPAC, and Political Advisory Committees, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Education Director, Houston Black Real Estate Association (HBREA) past Chaplain, Board of Directors Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA) Marketing Director and past Membership Director, TRETA CREI Workshop facilitator, TREPAC Major Investor, technology trainer Mendenhall Community Center, and National Society of Leadership Success (NSLS) member.

Wilchers words of wisdom coincide with two of her favorite scriptures, "Pray continually. God will respond, He will not despise your pleas (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 102:17).
