Cindy Small guided me through the process from the very beginning by providing advice and guidance and shared her knowledge and experience of working with both buyers and sellers over the years. Even with today's extremely active market and the overwhelming number of interested buyers, Cindy was able to keep the activity under control as to not overwhelm me and my family. Once an agreement was signed, Cindy kept me current on the process, which proceeded smoothly through the closing date.
