Buyer reviewKelley was invaluable in our recent purchase of a home. From the beginning she understood our unique circumstances in the search for a house and led us to the locations that would best meet our needs. She guided us through the offer process that insured we beat out multiple other offers and covered every detail we needed to remember in preparing for and completing our closing. From the beginning to closing day ( and even beyond) Kelley was extremely communicative, reaching out frequently with reminders or needed information, and if we reached out to her would receive a response within minutes. I would highly recommend Kelley to anyone looking for a realtor in the area and hope to work with her again someday.

She is knowledgeable about both the process and based on client needs, what is available. Kelley is also down to earth and easy to talk to. We have already connected Kelley and our daughter who will be house shopping this Spring. If I were ever going to move again (and I'm not) I would immediately call Kelley.

We experienced a particular complex issue in attempting to have my mortgage company issue a partial release of interest in a small piece of a large property. It took 4 months to accomplish this, and Kelley hung in there 100% of the time. She is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel I am fortunate to have Kelley be the broker of this property. In addition, It was necessary for me to retain legal counsel to deal with the mortgage company. Kelley Skillin-Smith professionally and effectively interacted with all involved, especially with my attorney.

That is a great approach to getting your name out and getting people to think about selling their own home. Kelly has a great personality and it was great getting to know her. She is very on top of schedules and making sure things are done up front so you don't run into issues at closing time. She has great attention to detail so you don't have to worry about missing anything.
