Buyer reviewLisa, came highly recommended to us by a coworker of mine who had known her many years. His comment was "if anyone can find you a house, Lisa can." He also mentioned that she was familiar with the North Texas area from Dallas to Sulphur Springs, and Kaufman to Trenton. She most definitely was. We traveled the back roads of North Texas on several occasions with her looking at homes. Anytime something came on the market we got a listing notification from her. She was always courteous, respectful and willing to help in anyway she could. She was never pushy, instead offered advice, then let us make up our own minds. She even attended some of the inspections on the house when I was unable to be there due to work. I will recommend Lisa Patton to any of my coworkers here, or those still in Waco that may be moving to the Greenville area in the near future.

She got right on it and did everything she needed to do to get the home listed and sold. She went above and beyond.
