Lora did an excellent job managing the sale of our home. Our buyers were extremely difficult and required a great deal of attention. Lora played an integral role in seeing this deal through from start to finish. There were issues with our buyers during each phase of the selling process and I consulted with Lora as each new issue surfaced right up to an hour before the closing.

She explained the entire process, she was there for me every step of the way and answered every question that I had, promptly and completely. I felt safe with her as my agent and knew she would have my best interest in mind. She dealt with situations that arose that could have become problems quickly and efficiently. The situations were due to the buyer's agent and her miscommunication with her client. I never had this problem with Lora. She was clear and concise and timely. I was extremely happy with Lora as my agent and cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me.
