As you know selling your home is difficult but also very emotional and Liz was always cognizant of my feelings and the emotional ties I had to my home. Liz handled each part of the process with ease which allayed my fears and apprehension. After inspection, of course there were issues that needed to be addressed. My home was 22 yrs old so it needed a few minors repairs which Liz quickly resolved. I would absolutely recommend Liz Cheshul to sell your home. Her positivity is contagious and makes the experience that much better!
