It is easy to print out comps and come and tell someone what their house should list for, but, Jeorgina came fully prepared and had a compilation of data for us to review, which made the decision and pricing easy to understand. Coupled with her experience and very professional demeanor, Mrs. Boulton was the top choice of any realtor we could have chosen. In my opinion our home sale was a success. We owe that to the knowledge and expertise of Mrs. Boulton. She showed up and walked by our side through the transaction from start to finish. She was always on time, always had our best interest at the forefront of decisions, and we never felt in the dark.
