Steve Krasovec of CENTURY 21 Masters

Steve made a stressful job (selling three rental properties) manageable. I live out of state, and Steve stepped up on multiple occasions during the process and went out of his way to help solve problems that that were hard for me to address not living locally. He helped me with multiple logistical problems that I feel were "above and beyond" what I would expect a realtor to do. I was and am very grateful for his help.

The squatter in my house had broken a window and did some damage inside. As I was an hour and a half away dealing with my very ill lady Steve dealt with the police on several occasions, arranged to have the window replaced, arranged for a cleaning lady and spoke to the neighbors and had them call him when the squatter returned. I call that going above and beyond.

Poor Steve/Lawrence spent hours, many many hours with us in the search for the perfect house. We began with him in late December or early January for a few weeks, took a break until mid March then were on a continuous search until mid June when we finally found the perfect house. On each occasion we'd spent literally hours looking at these houses. He was soooo patient with us each time we were in town. Steve/Lawrence did more for us at times then our own realtor in the sale of our home in order to buy this home in Hemet. We felt more at ease with Steve/Lawrence and could ask him ANYTHING about ANYTHING............such a pleasant man, and very knowledgeable!! We have found a friend in him! We know Lawrence as Steve....so I must call him Steve/Lawrence!!! He was "always available", seriously, any time of day or night and patient with us. We were blessed to have stumbled across Mr. Krasovec!!!!! Steve/Lawrence shared a lot of local information, stuff that we never would have known. He's lived here for many years and his input was very valuable to us. He participated in every step of the inspection process and pointed out things that we should be aware of.

Steve Krasovec is one of the nicest realtors we have used both for selling and buying a property. My answers to the above say it all! Steve really kept us up-to-date on everything.

I would find it hard to believe that anyone knows this area better than Steve, and has the professional know how in the realestate business as Steve has !!
