Seller reviewMarla went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the sale of the house. Unbelievable!!! There were a few things on our behalf that caused a slight delay in closing but Marla was very patient and professional and saw us through the whole sale. I would definitely use Marla again and highly recommend her to others

Seller reviewWe were so happy we found Marla through the recommendations of a couple local friends. I live out of town and she made us feel right at home, putting our minds at ease since we were not local. It was immediate trust. Marla was just wonderful from the get go. My brother and I had lost our baby sister and were co-administrators of her estate. It was a very tough time for us. Both of us live hours away from our home town. I can't even begin to tell you how easy Marla made it with us living out of town. Always calling us or texting us to keep us informed of any prospective buyers. Whenever we needed her to answer our questions she would get back to us in a matter of minutes anytime and any day. In both buying and selling Century 21 was on point. I see other homes sitting on the market and say to myself " They should have used Century 21."

Seller reviewThe sale of this house took time due to renters being evicted and Marla did work with them and get them to work with us to a certain point. Also the buyer and the buyers agent were very difficult to deal with and Marla stayed on top of them with communication constantly. We were so grateful for all her help.
