I had an unfortunate situation happen that resulted in needing to be out of my apartment ASAP due to the safety of my children's health. Kim got right on board and helped the process of buying our first home really happen. Kim is great at communicating with you and making sure you understand everything. Kim took time out of her day to answer my millions of questions but never made me feel that my questions were stupid or made me feel that my feelings weren't valid when identifying my needs for a house.
