Becky had previously brokered the purchase of my currrent home and also was referred to me by a relative who she also brokered the purchase of their home. Of course, the covid-19 pandemic caused us all to make adjustments during shutdowns and adjust the process of selling a home across the region, country and the world. It was all managed "on-the-fly" as new "policies" for dealing with viewings and such were adjusted accordingly, and for that matter are still being adjusted depending on the mandates communicated by the governer. Becky is the best agent I've worked with in all my home purchases including the handful in the state of Washington. I would estimate I've worked with about 10 agents. Thanks to Becky and her estimating knowledge/accuracy, we received 100% of asking price!
