If I could check every box below 10 times, I would. Lana is honest, cordial, gracious and a fabulous closer. I've worked with many realtors, but none are in her league! She closed a very difficult deal on a home I bought. When I entered, I found several lovely and thoughtful housewarming gifts from her. Who does that? She's a treasure! I don't see why all the other realties aren't battling over hiring her? Maybe they are or will now! In the future, I would never consider using or recommending anyone else, and neither should you. Lana was my realtor when I was brand new to the Las Vegas area. I had just moved here, and started my new job, and to add to that 6+months pregnant. She was kind, professional, and so caring while I went through the process of finding home, getting pre-approved, and settling in. Lana's knowledge of Las Vegas real estate made my journey to become a home owner quicker than I would have imagine. I found my home in October and closed in December. Lana helped me find my house back in 2010. I had a long list of requirements that were not easy to find in that market in my price range. I wanted all the upgrades and a house in Summerlin. At the time, there were many bank owned properties that previous owners trashed. A lot of the homes in my price range needed a lot of work.
