When not selling Real Estate Meghan is active with her 2 son's school and sports in Henderson. Mom Pam is originally from Griffin Georgia, but since 1974 loves living in Henderson, Traveling and spending time with her precious grandsons when taking time off from real estate. We LOVE working in the Real Estate industry. Before real estate, Meghan worked in the Golf Industry and Pam was an IT Professional. Buyer reviewThere is no measure that wasn't taken to insure a perfect and clean process. The start and finish was very easy due to Meghan's knowledge and diplomacy on every avenue. She was easy to get a hold of and without a doubt had our best interest in mind with every decision. Meghan is a great leader in both selling and buying of a house. The got top dollar for my house when we sold it and got me the best price buying this place.

Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning of the loan process I was never informed by the mortgage lender at Aloha Pacific Credit Union, Henderson, NV that my loan would be outsourced to Quicken Loans. Thank goodness Century 21 has two very valuable Realtors, Pam and Meghan Schollian to guide me through a challenging and difficult process created by the mortgage lender. I am looking forward to my next real estate investment with the Schollians. The closing date was changed several times due to the mortgage lender's incompetence and the seller was ready to cancel my offer, which would of resulted in forfeiting the earnest money of $2000 that was wired in the beginning of November 2020. Even though I am located in Honolulu, Hawaii, modern technology allowed ALL transactions and communications be settled by phone, text and/or computer. This was the first experience to "Zoom." I couldn't have completed the purchase without Megan and Pam.
